KABINKA Membership Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the KABINKA Membership Program! The following are the official terms and conditions applicable to all registered KABINKA users. Please read carefully to understand your benefits, upgrade rules and points policy.
I. Membership Benefits
KABINKA members enjoy exclusive order discounts based on their tier:

II. Membership Tier Upgrade
Membership tiers are upgraded automatically based on cumulative spending:
- VIP1: Cumulative spending reaches $100
- VIP2: Cumulative spending reaches $500
- VIP3: Cumulative spending reaches $1000
Cumulative spending refers to the total amount of all successfully completed orders, excluding refunded or returned orders.
III. Points Policy
3.1 Earning Points
(1) Valid Orders
Points are calculated based on the actual spending amount according to membership tier:

| Regular User | 1 point for every $2.00 spent |
| VIP1 Member | 1 point for every $1.00 spent |
| VIP2 Member | 2 points for every $1.00 spent |
| VIP3 Member | 5 points for every $1.00 spent |
Points are calculated based on the actual payment amount, excluding shipping fees, taxes and applied discounts.
(2) Product Reviews
- 5 points for each valid product review
- Maximum 5 reviews eligible for points per user (max 25 points)
- Only 1 review per order is eligible for points
(3) New User Registration
20 points will be awarded upon successful registration of a new account.
(4) Email Subscription
20 points will be awarded for completing email subscription for the first time.
3.2 Using Points
(1) Direct Discount
- Redemption rate: 100 points = $1 off
- Maximum per order: 5,000 points ($50 off)
- Minimum order amount: $20
(2) Discount Coupon Redemption
- Redemption rate: 1,000 points = 1 piece of 20% OFF coupon
- Maximum discount per coupon: $50
- Minimum order amount for use: $100
Coupons cannot be stacked with other promotions. For details, please refer to the coupon terms.
3.3 Points Refund
- Order cancellation / void: Points used in the order will be automatically refunded proportionally. Expired points will not be refunded.
- Full / partial order refund: Please contact customer service to apply for a refund of used points.
3.4 Points Validity
All points expire and are reset on December 31st each year, and recalculated in the new year.
Unused points upon expiration will become invalid automatically and cannot be restored.
KABINKA reserves the right of final interpretation of this membership program and may adjust the rules as needed. Relevant updates will be announced on the official website and take effect immediately upon publication.
